Those with vegan or non-dairy diets can now have their cake, and eat it too! Our vegan cake and vegan icing is free from all egg and dairy products.
Cake is available in Vanilla and Chocolate flavors.
Buttercream: A light, creamy frosting made with softened butter, confectioners´ sugar, and cream. This frosting is beaten until light and creamy. It can be flavored and colored in many ways and is used both as a filling and frosting. It´s very smooth and stays soft so it´s easy to cut through, but may melt in very hot or humid weather.
Fondant: A pliable sugar dough that can be rolled out and draped over the cake. Fondant has a smooth, clean finish. It is also able to withstand warm temperatures better than buttercream and is a better choice for outside weddings. My fondant tastes as good as it looks and can also be flavored in many different ways!
